End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a binding legal agreement between you (the “End User” or “Licensee”) and NewAgeDevs (the “Licensor”) for the use of the mobile application Video Downloader for FB (including all updates, features, and documentation, collectively referred to as the “Software”).

By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your strict compliance with the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to:

  • Download, install, and use one copy of the Software on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you.
  • Use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial, and private entertainment purposes.

All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by NewAgeDevs.

2. License Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, attempt to derive the source code of, or modify the Software.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices in the Software.
  • Use the Software for any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international laws, including but not limited to intellectual property and copyright laws.
  • Use any automated systems, scripts, scrapers, or tools to harvest data or interact with the Software in an unauthorized manner.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Policy

  • Ownership of the Software: You acknowledge that the Software, including its design, structure, graphics, animations, code, and interfaces, is the exclusive intellectual property of NewAgeDevs. Your possession, installation, or use of the Software does not transfer to you any title to the intellectual property rights in the Software.
  • Third-Party Trademarks: The terms “Facebook”, “FB”, “Reels”, “Stories”, and related brand assets are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. The Software is an independent tool and is NOT endorsed by, affiliated with, or licensed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Copyrighted Media: The Software allows you to download media (videos, reels, stories) hosted on third-party servers. All such media belongs exclusively to the respective content creators or publishers. You are strictly prohibited from using the Software to download copyrighted material without obtaining the necessary rights, permissions, or license from the original content owner. You assume all legal and financial liability for any copyright infringement or unauthorized usage of downloaded media.

4. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that Licensor may permit integrated third-party services and SDKs (such as advertising networks and analytical platforms) to collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and application software—to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and targeted advertising. All such data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement is effective from the first date you install or use the Software and shall remain in effect until terminated.
  • Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
  • Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall all copies of the Software from your devices.
  • Provisions of this Agreement relating to intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification shall survive any termination.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. CHANGES IN THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM APIS OR POLICIES MAY RENDER THE DOWNLOAD FEATURES TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY INOPERABLE, AND LICENSOR ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH OUTAGES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEWAGEDEVS OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ACCOUNT BANS, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NewAgeDevs, its officers, developers, and partners from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Software, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party intellectual property or copyright.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence or the registration jurisdiction of the Licensor, excluding its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Licensor’s primary jurisdiction.
