Sonary End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User” or “you”) and New Age Devs (“we”, “us”, “our”) and governs your use of the Sonary mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. This Agreement supplements, and should be read alongside, the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use (or ordinary internal business use, if you use it in a work context), solely in the form made available through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

2. License restrictions

You may not, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction, or except for open-source components carved out in §4:

Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App or any on-device AI model file it bundles.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App or your license to it.
Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices (copyright, trademark) on or in the App.
Use the App, its on-device AI models, or any output the App generates on our infrastructure to build, train, or improve a competing product or a competing AI model.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any entitlement check, credit system, or purchase-verification mechanism in the App.
Use the App in any way that violates the Acceptable Use section of the Terms & Conditions.

3. Ownership

The App — including its software, user interface, design, trademarks, and (excluding third-party open-source components licensed separately per §4) all underlying code — is owned by New Age Devs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. This Agreement licenses your use of the App; it does not sell or transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Open-source components

The App includes open-source and third-party software components, each governed by its own license (for example, an LGPL-licensed audio-processing engine and an open-source on-device AI inference runtime). Where an open-source license requires that you be permitted to do something this Agreement would otherwise restrict — such as relinking or replacing an LGPL-licensed library — that license’s terms control over the conflicting restriction in §2, solely as to that component. A full list of third-party components and their licenses is maintained separately and made available in the App (Settings → About → Open-source licenses) or on request.

5. In-app purchases

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and consumable credit packs, billed and fulfilled through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Purchase terms (pricing, trial periods, renewal, cancellation, refunds) are set out in the Terms & Conditions §§5–6, 12 and, where applicable, the platform’s own store terms.

6. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. Depending on your device settings, updates may install automatically. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept any changes made to functionality, provided the terms of this Agreement continue to apply to the updated App unless we notify you of materially different terms.

7. Term & termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term, or when you uninstall the App. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and, if applicable, delete any copies of it in your possession. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including §§3, 4, 9, 10) survive.

8. Export compliance

You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the App in, a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, consistent with Terms & Conditions §14. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts instead.

10. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, and our liability is limited exactly as described in Terms & Conditions §§13, 15 (Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability), which apply to this Agreement as well.

11. Entire agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and New Age Devs regarding the App, and supersedes any prior agreements regarding the App.
